$120. - Program charge (2-4 month) –Direct Physician Care on Every Visit, -see your doctor each visit, one on one to manage all aspects of your program.  1st charge includes a Comprehensive Physical exam by MD, and 3 follow up appointments, plus -any additional visits, weigh-ins or doctor consults over the 2-4 month program period. 
Visits are scheduled every 2-4 weeks depending on your health requirments and the plan you decide upon.        

Requirements vary according to program chosen and health needs, insurance may cover some testing.
