Cost of the program-      We individualized programs tailored to your needs;

$120. -  Program charge (2-4 month)  –Direct Physician Care on Every Visit, -see your doctor each visit, one on one to manage all aspects of your program.  1st charge includes a Comprehensive Physical exam by MD, and 3 follow up appointments, plus -any additional visits, weigh-ins or doctor consults over the 2-4 month program period. 
Visits are scheduled every 2-4 weeks depending on your health requirments and the plan you decide upon.        

Requirements vary according to program chosen and health needs, insurance may cover some testing.

$25. - Basic blood studies.

$59. - electrocardiogram and interpretation.($105. value)

$189.  Comprehensive Lab Evaluation - Including Electrocardiogram.($105.value) & Complete Metabolic laboratory (blood & urine) general metabolic-cardiac testing with additional testing for diabeties, thyroid, liver, kidney, heart disease($450.value)

$15.- $35.- Vitamin B complex / MIC and B12 / MIC amino acid "fat mobilizing" injections available on request-

High Quality Protein Total Meal Replacements
(with weight loss vitamin fortification, 24 essential Vitamins & Minerals)  
$10. -  7(seven meals)     $40. /week =  4 supplement(meals)/day for 7 days;                                                     includes breakfast, lunch & snacks for a week.
